Ori and the Blind Forest is a visually stunning 2D platformer that tells the tale tells the tale of a young orphan destined for heroics. Ori and the Blind Forest is a PC game developed Moon Studios, and has not only incredibly detailed artwork, but also a breathtaking score that enhances the game play even more.
You play as Ori, a… creature, for lack of a better word (the game describes Ori as a white guardian spirit), who, through a combination of puzzle solving and shooting Spirit Flames at spider-like enemies, has to navigate its way through a forest. Ori has a constant companion with (sometimes) helpful tips, and the usual upgrade tree for abilities, powers and attributes.
Ori and the Blind Forest is no walk in the park, either. It is a challenging platformer that will keep gamers occupied for hours, and requires patience, skill, and knowing exactly when to time dashes and jumps. An interesting aspect of the game is the way you can save wherever you want – but only a specified number of times. So knowing when and where to save can sometimes help avoid going through the same gauntlet again and again.
Playing Ori and the Blind Forest on Mobile
Ori and the Blind Forest is fully supported by Remotr. Being a platformer which utilizes both mouse and arrows, we’d recommend adding both analog sticks to the mobile screen. Add the jump button (spacebar), and an ‘E’ off in the screen’s corner, and you’ll be all set to enjoy Ori and the Blind Forest on your Android mobile.
